Justin Vaughn

Justin Vaughn has over 10 years of senior care and housing experience serving in leadership roles. He started out in senior care as a Business Office Manager for several years and then moved into leadership roles. Justin joined Tiffany Springs Rehabilitation & Health Care Center as the Administrator in August 2018. A seasoned healthcare professional, Justin has held previous positions at Healthcare Resort of Leawood, and Bickford Senior Living, where he served as the executive director. Justin holds a bachelor of business administration in human resources from Kansas State University and a master of business administration degree from Mid America Nazarene University. He is also a licensed nursing home administrator.
