Tiffany Springs Honored with Prestigious Capstone Award by Kansas City Business Journal.
Independent living apartments at Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community were recognized as one of the best in Kansas City with a Capstone Award. The Kansas City Business Journal program honors companies that have demonstrated excellence in real estate development projects and transactions. A panel of independent judges chooses winners from projects completed in 2019 that enhance the Kansas City area.
The retirement community, located in the Northland near the intersection of Interstate 29 and Missouri Highway 152, is situated on 4.1 acres and includes a 289,000-square-foot building with 172 independent living apartment homes. The community also includes assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation and extended stay residences on the campus.
Owner and manager, Tutera Senior Living & Health Care, is a Kansas City-based post-acute senior health care provider operating 70 senior living communities nationwide. The company created the residences to make a positive impact on seniors in the Northland area. Guided by the Tutera 37-year history in the senior living industry, Randy Bloom, COO of the Tutera Group, said Tiffany Springs offers a full complement of services for seniors in one location.
Project partners included NSPJ Architects, BHC RHODES and the Luke Draily Construction Company.
Kansas City Business Journal’s Capstone Awards ceremony will be held Tuesday, March 24.
