Steadfast Care for Times Like These.

Our community has always been dedicated to supporting and enhancing the lives of our residents. It’s only natural that our quality care remains constant no matter how the world around us changes.

Tiffany Springs has been proactive and has worked tirelessly to care for and protect our residents. We are committed to providing high-quality care and supporting our residents and their families.

Our community is owned and managed by Tutera Senior Living & Health Care, one of the nation’s premier senior care providers. The company has a 35-year history of successful operational experience in the senior living industry. All 70 Tutera communities are guided by the oversight of our Chief Medical Officer who manages the system of care in nine states throughout the United States.

These past few months, we have been focused on striking a delicate balance to ensure we keep residents safe but also preserve as many quality-of-life activities as possible.

Read on to see how residents feel about our senior living community right now.

What is Quality Senior Living at Tiffany Springs Senior Living?

Eleanor Hall said, “The staff has done everything to protect us during these difficult times. The food is very good. The kitchen staff delivers a menu and a variety of meals. Maintenance and housekeeping do good jobs. Activities are varied and available to everyone. I like that the building is new and well-decorated.”

Our top priority is the safety, health and well-being of our residents and staff. We’re closely following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health departments.

Our senior management staff, clinical leadership and Chief Medical Officer are closely monitoring evolving concerns and are taking every precaution to minimize the threat to our communities. Our team is complying with latest recommendations from the Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS)), Centros para el Control y la Prevención de Enfermedades (CDC)Asociación Americana de la Salud (AHCA)), as well as our respective state regulatory bodies. We also continue to evaluate and enhance employee, patient and visitor screenings and precautions based on requirements from Centros de Servicios de Medicare y Medicaid (CMS)).

Offering more reassurance to residents, we provide a full continuum of care on campus. Our community includes independent living, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation and extended stay residences on-site that allow residents to age in place in beautiful, amenity-rich surroundings.

Social Care Plays a Vital Role.

Social care is a big part of our lifestyle and is continually being improved with innovative ideas. Our community is still keeping residents happily engaged with safely distanced games, exercise classes and virtual events. Dottie Cento and her husband have remained content and satisfied within our community during these last few challenging months:

“My husband and I are so happy that we live at Tiffany Springs, especially during this time of uncertainty,” said Dottie. “The management and staff have taken every precaution to keep us all safe. Extra measures were implemented by management to include following Medicare guidelines as well as advice from local public health officials. Our meals are delivered to our apartment, and we have enjoyed many surprises like fancy cocktails and ice cream sundaes. We are incredibly thankful to the management and staff for keeping us well and safe. Tiffany Springs Senior Living is a very special place that we are glad to call home.”

Other Residents Appreciate Our Uplifting Atmosphere and Confident Leadership as Well.

Resident Joe Cento said, “We really appreciate the actions of the leadership and staff to make our distancing as enjoyable as possible. Their caring attitude is particularly noteworthy. They brought more than expected comfort to our situation – especially knowing they had to endure difficulties with their own comfort and safety situations.”

Walt Morris agreed with Joe, saying, “Tiffany Springs employees do an outstanding job meeting the residents’ needs, many times under very strained circumstances and greatly contribute to their happiness. As to making friends, all that’s needed here is to be a friend. Tiffany Springs is really one big community family!”

“Tiffany Springs Has Done a Great Job of Helping Us Through a Difficult Time.”

Another resident, Diane Holthaus, also feels she is in the right place for her health care needs and security. “For the last few months, the whole staff has gone out of their way to make our days as comfortable and fulfilling as possible,” she said. “All employees are screened daily and housekeeping keeps all surfaces sanitized. Overall, I think Tiffany Springs has done a great job of helping us through a difficult time and they are working hard.”

How Does Tiffany Springs Senior Living Improve Residents’ Quality of Life?

Among the perks of living within our Northland community is our impressive range of amenities like an indoor heated pool, several dining venues, gym and yoga studio. Our upbeat, responsive staff keep residents’ spirits high and love hearing about their backgrounds and interests. There is a true sense of family in our inviting surroundings.

“We have been provided games, puzzles, Wii bowling and plenty of books to read,” said resident Pearl Smith. “There are no visitors, but I feel we have been protected. My sincere thanks to the staff here at Tiffany Springs Senior Living.”

Ernie Martel, a community resident, agreed. He said, “If you’re looking for a place for yourself or a loved one, come check out Tiffany Springs. There’s no time to get bored – there are activities and games galore. And, the food is out of this world – it’s like going to a new restaurant each night and the servers treat you as if you were their parents. You’ll be sorry if you don’t check it out.”

Well-guided Care for the Future.

When Dominic F. Tutera, M.D., founded the Tutera Group, which later became Tutera Senior Living & Health Care, in 1983, his vision was a senior lifestyle based on physical, emotional, spiritual and intellectual well-being. We remain steadfast in that philosophy and stay true to our values of integrity, accountability and commitment.

Tiffany Springs is still accepting new residents. Schedule a personal consultation, and we’ll be happy to arrange a time for you. You can even meet some of our friendly residents online!
