Tiffany Springs Voted Best Retirement Community in Kansas City

Congratulations to the Tiffany Springs Senior Living team who are so devoted to our residents!

When you ask Northland residents to vote, their first choice is Tiffany Springs. Our team was voted #1 in Independent Living and #1 in Assisted Living in the Northland by the Gladstone Dispatch and Courier-Tribune.  The awards were presented July 30, 2020, and featured in the newspaper.

Voted Best Place to Work by Best of the Northland.

In addition to these two first-place awards, Tiffany Springs Senior Living was also honored as Best Place to Work for companies with more than 50 employees. The Best of the Northland seal is a guide to consumers who know they can trust the endorsement of their friends and neighbors wherever they see it.

Each year the Courier-Tribune and Gladstone Dispatch invite readers to connect with the greater Northland community by voting on their favorite people, places and things in more than 140 categories. “This year, more than 63,000 votes were cast, and the results show overwhelming support for the local business community.”

Ballots are available in the newspapers and online for five weeks. All votes are fill in the blank, and the results reflect the preferences of the community.

“In addition to [the] special publication inside the July 30th print editions, recognition continues throughout the year as Best of the Northland banners and shirts are displayed and worn in offices, lobbies, restaurants and shops.”

Upscale Appointments and Top-Rated Amenities Made Us the People’s Choice.

As a premier senior living community, we made sure our Northland accommodations were designed from the ground up to enhance the lives of seniors and their families. An important factor in this blueprint for success was creating spaces, amenities and programs to help residents expand their social network and lead meaningful lives.

Our community was purposely designed to include plenty of common areas with comfy furniture for visiting and conversations. A range of inspiring amenities, like an indoor heated pool, several dining venues, gym and yoga studio, are all available for residents to enjoy within our community and make it easy for those over age 55 to meet like-minded people here.

These social connections keep residents feeling young and energized.

Voters Appreciate Our Full Continuum of Care.

Another reason we fit voters’ criteria for being best in class is that Tiffany Springs is meeting the Northland’s need for senior housing with all levels of care. Our community, located in the Northland near the intersection of Interstate 29 and Missouri Highway 152, is situated on 4.1 acres. With independent living, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation and extended stay residences all on one campus, it’s easy to transition among care levels as needs arise.

A Nod to Our First-Class Services.

At our maintenance-free community, residents have newfound freedom to explore old hobbies and develop new friendships. According to a survey conducted by AgeWave consultants, adults 65 and older who live in their own homes typically spend almost three hours a day on household chores such as cleaning, shopping, gardening and home maintenance. Here, seniors spend every day as they wish – relaxing, volunteering or staying busy with our full calendar of on-site events.

Our Talented Team MEMBERS ARE the Real Winners Who Deserve the Award.

The most meaningful experiences for our residents are the interactions they have with our friendly staff. It’s the relationships with residents and compassionate care that have earned us the recognition and rewards we have garnered since our opening one year ago. In honor of our team members’ dedication, leadership and commitment, we express our deep appreciation for your hard work and the privilege of working with you every day. Congrats to you!
