Tiffany Springs Honored with Prestigious Capstone Award by Kansas City Business Journal.
In just our second year, Tiffany Springs has already been recognized as one of the best senior living communities in Kansas City. The Kansas City Business Journal Capstone Award is a yearly program that honors companies that have demonstrated excellence in new real estate developments. Their panel of independent judges chose winners from projects completed in 2019 that enhance the Kansas City area.
The Kansas City Business Journal featured the 2020 Capstone Award winners in a special print publication, as well as a digital special section, on July 17, 2020. Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community is one of just three recipients in the multifamily category for this prestigious award that celebrates local real estate developers for making Kansas City a better place to live. We look forward to accepting the Capstone Award during the ceremony on September 22, 2020.
Our community, located in the Northland near the intersection of Interstate 29 and Missouri Highway 152, is situated on 4.1 acres and includes a 289,000-square-foot building with 172 independent living apartment homes – plus amenities like an indoor heated pool, several dining venues, gym and yoga studio. The community also includes assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation and extended stay residences on-site.
